Commonly used fixing methods for wooden pallet boxes

Pallet packaging box is a kind of packaging material commonly used in logistics and transportation industries. The product has the characteristics of smooth appearance, smooth and beautiful, strong and durable. Our company also provides customized services for wooden pallet packaging boxes. Our customers are sold at home and abroad, and are recognized and welcomed by customers. In the process of using wooden pallet boxes, we usually need to adopt several common fixing methods. Roughly summarized into these categories:

(1) Lazhong film packaging

Lazhong film packaging is a fixing method in which the packing box and the pallet are wrapped together with the lazhong film to form an integrated fixing method. First fix the leading end of the film in the gap of the packing box, and then rotate the turntable with the pallet to make the film tightly wound the packing box and the pallet in the stretched state, and finally the tail end is tightly attached to the inner film. The film is automatically closed, and its resilience makes the packing box and the pallet fixed. The number of film layers is generally 2-3 layers. This method has the advantages of simple operation and no heating, but cannot form a fully enclosed package, so it has poor moisture resistance and weak binding force, which is suitable for the binding of light commodities.

(2) Shrink film packaging

Shrink film packaging is a method of firmly sealing the packaging box together with the pallet into a whole with shrink film. It usually first shrinks the film into a plastic sleeve of a certain size, puts the packing box together with the pallet, and fixes the lower part with the pallet, and then heats the film to shrink the pallet and the packing box. If it needs to be fully enclosed, a shallow sleeve can be placed on the bottom of the pallet before stacking to seal the bottom. This method has the advantages of tight packaging, uniform stress, moisture-proof, waterproof, and dust-proof. Even if it is calculated in the open air, it will not damage the quality of the goods, but the cost is relatively high. It is suitable for the packaging of valuable products with high sanitary requirements.

(3) Adhesive fixation

Adhesive fixation is a method of applying adhesive on the contact surface of the packing box and the pallet and the packing box, so that the packing box and the pallet form an integral fixing method. This method is simple to operate, but has poor stability, and is suitable for fixing light goods.

(4) Bundling of strapping materials

The strapping material strapping is a fixing method in which the packing box and the pallet are tied together with straps or ropes. Most of the strapping forms are in the shape of a "well", with four straps each tightening the side packing box, and one can be added in the middle if necessary. For cartons with poor rigidity, padding can be added to the parts that are in contact with the box body to avoid deformation of the cartons. This method is simple to operate, saves materials, and is low in cost.

(5) Tape fixation

Adhesive tape fixation is a method to fix the packing box and the pallet longitudinally or transversely with a special tape with good tensile strength. This method is simple and is mainly used for fixing lighter cartons.

(6) Fixed net cover

The net cover is fixed by using a special net cover matched with the pallet to cover the ship packing box, and the metal fittings at the lower part of the net cover are fixed to the pallet, or the net cover is fixed to the pallet with ropes.
